Krysta Moulton is a Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at XenoTherapeutics.  She works diligently to ensure that the company has a realistic budget to allow for forward planning, as well as a reliable revenue stream to fund its important initiatives and ensure achievement of critical milestones.

Krysta's commitment to nonprofit and civic causes began long before her entry into the field of xenotransplantation. She was bestowed a Prudential Spirit of Community Award in 2010 for her charitable work and proudly represented her home state of Maine as an honoree of the 2011 United States Senate Youth Program.  In college, she became heavily involved in politics, including serving on the campaign of U.S. Senator Scott Brown, researching immigration policy at Harvard in collaboration with academic institutions from around the world, and working for an independent political organization committed to electing Governor Charlie Baker in 2014. From 2014-2016, she served as treasurer to the Committee to elect Jacob Auchincloss, a councilor in Newton, Massachusetts. Since 2015, she has overseen all event logistics for the Navy Seal Foundation New England (a 501(c)(3) organization), including donor, vendor, and board relations.

Currently, Krysta is pursuing her CPA certification after earning her M.S. in Accounting in 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her B.A. in Government from Harvard College in 2015.
